1. Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Refund or replacement will be processed once the item is inspected.
2. Non-returnable Items:
Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are non-returnable.
3. Return Process:
Email zaxfashion19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- For partial returns in wholesale orders, credit notes may be issued.
